Part-Time Outreach Canvassers

Temporary Part-Time – 2 months (June 1 – July)

Weekdays and Weekend Hours – Rate $20/hour; Hours 15 – 20/week

Work between the hours of 12 – 7 p.m.

The National Black Leadership Commission on Health (Black Health) has an immediate opening for Community Canvassers to support our Neighborhood COVID-19 Education Program in New York City. 

These are in-person outreach position that requires door-to-door interactions with community members as well supporting in-person events to elevate community understanding of COVID-19 impacts and a vaccine information.

We are looking for candidates who live in the Bronx. Work will be conducted outside, rain or shine. 

These positions will begin immediately. 

You will work in the borough where you live. Candidates will engage with the community on an individual level through door to door, public facing event interventions, and disseminating information to the public The Canvasser will be responsible for targeted community outreach to the residents of the 5 boroughs.
